Calgary is very dry which slows down the post-fermentation of the tea.  This also kept most of the Chi and Yun of the tea. The tea cake is tightly compressed.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\nWhen the wrapping paper is opened, a strong, exhilarating scent with a hint of camphor comes out.  This smell is only found in aged Pu-erh that was kept in dry storage. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \n\nThe tea liquid is clear and bright with a rich red color.  The very first taste of the tea is thick and robust.
